The Rookie Rivalry Competition is an annual individual competition that is all about having fun and giving people a chance to see what it is like to compete at the sport of CrossFit.
This throwdown we added a masters competition! This comp will be for beginner to intermediate folks that are newer to CrossFit and can meet the following standards:
Clean and Jerk (95/65)
24/20" box jump
20/14lb wallball shots (10' Target)
50/35 KB swing

Rookie Rivalry III WODs
WOD #1 - 7 Minutes to find:
Clean + 3 Front Squats
WOD #2 - 8min AMRAP
8 Shoulder to O/H (95/65) Masters (75/55)
8 Burpees Over Bar
WOD #3 - 16 Min AMRAP:
20’ O/H Medball Lunge (20/14)
30 Wallball Shots (20/14)
20’ Medball Lunge (20/14)
Floater WOD - 3 Min AMRAP:
1 50’ Sled Pull+Push (260/190)
Max Push-ups. *Standard will be toes and hands on plates, full extension to chest touch. NOTHING can touch the ground. Video demo will be posted.
2nd Annual 6 Person team event held at CrossFit Nashua! Oct 31st at 8am, 3 Males 3 Females, ALL MUST WORKOUT AT THE SAME BOX. Rx and Scaled Divisions. Costumes encouraged but not required. WODs will be doable for most, but challenging for all. We will be cutting it off to 24 teams so this will sell out quickly once we post the link!
