200519- “Don’t sandbag this one”

 

Full/minimum equipment WOD
1.)5x50 sprints
Rest 90 seconds between
2.) AMRAP 10
200m run
8 sandbag squat clean (100/50)
6 burpee over sandbag

Sub out barbell for sandbag (105/75)
Or DB/KBs
Can use any heavy implement for the 200m run

No equipment WOD
1.)5x50m sprints
Rest 90 seconds between
2.) AMRAP 10
200m run (weighted)
8 odd object squats (hold as needed)
6 burpees over object

A duffel bag or backpack works great for this one!!
