2.) 3x3 Minute AMRAPs; rest 2 min between each

5 Barbell Thrusters (95/65)

10 Overhead Lunge Steps (95/65)

Minimal Equipment WOD

1.) DB or KB Strict Press

7 sets of 10-15 reps (depending on the weight of your DBs or KBs. Choose a rep range that challenges you)

2.) 3x3 Minute AMRAPs; Rest 2 min between each

5 DB or KB Thrusters (can use one in each hand, or single if that's all you have)

10 Overhead Walking Lunge Steps (single DB or KB, Alternate arms each round)

No Equipment WOD

1.) Strict Press (Any implement will do)

7 sets of 10-15 reps (find a rep range that is challenging with your given implement)

2.) 3x3 Minute AMRAPs; Rest 2 min between each

5 Thrusters (any implement; or 5 burpees if you don't have anything to use"

10 Overhead Walking Lunge Steps (or regular lunge steps if you don't have anything to use)
