2 wall walks

20 steps odd object carry

(For the carry, find anything that is heavy or moderately heavy to carry in any position for 20 steps)

(i.e. loaded backpack, rock, sandbag, child, dog, etc.)

AMRAP 15

9 Strict press each arm (Single DB)

15 Hand release pushups

21 DB Swings (Single DB)

(For the swings, change it up on the grip and use a single DB even if you have a KB available. Should be moderate load 50/35 or in that ballpark)
