WOD: 20 minute AMRAP
Rx:
2 rounds of “Cindy” (5 pull ups-10 push ups-15 air squats)
1 round of “DT” (12 deadlifts-9 Hang power cleans-6 shoulder to overhead (155/105))
Scaled:
2 rounds of 5 ring rows - 10 incline push ups - 15 air squats
1 round of 12 KB deadlifts - 9 KB swings - 6 KB shoulder to overhead
