9am WOD: 16 min AMRAP:
Divide into in 5 teams, one athlete at each station performing max reps.
Station #1 - GHD Sit-ups
Station #2 - Goblet Lunges (53/35)
Station #3 - Wallball Shots
Station #4 - Burpees
Station #5 - Cal Bike
*Rotate stations when athlete completes a 50’ Sled Pull/Push (8/6)

 

11am WOD: 3 rounds for max reps, 1 min at each station
