Personal Training

e welcome athletes of all physical and cognitive abilities to join us for a fun filled hour of functional fitness!


Our workouts are derived from CrossFit Nashua’s Workout of the Day (WOD). They are scaled appropriately to allow every individual athlete in the class to move safely and efficiently.

Thursdays: 10:00am-11:00am.

(Most students in this class have some learning or cognitive disabilities but are either fully or partially physically capable.)
