What has motivated Eric more than anything else in his career is the belief that fitness carries over to all aspects of life. Perseverance, integrity, dedications, sacrifice, self-control, honesty, and commitment are all best and easiest learned through fitness.
Sarah believes that everyone should always be “moving” from the very young to the elderly, that’s what drew her to CrossFit so much — the ability to scale for every walk of life.
Although she had tried many different types of gyms and workout routines, nothing matched the intensity and structure of CrossFit. Stacey started to see positive results and decided in 2011 to commit herself to her health and fitness.
Chuck believes that everyone should be able to live their life to the best of their ability not hindered by disease or disability. Through CrossFit, Chuck is able to help achieve this belief by helping individuals become stronger, fitter versions of themselves each and every day.
What Alex loves about CrossFit is that it really is for everyone and those who truly commit to it not only become the healthiest that they have ever been, but do amazing things that they never could have imagined themselves doing at some point.
