ON-RAMP CLASSES

Before starting classes we'll take you through 3 one-on-one On-Ramp classes. During the three days we'll go over:

-Movements Performed at CrossFit

-Your Personal Goals

-CrossFit Methodology

-Class Structure

-Nutrition 

-How and Why to Scale Workouts

-Complete 1 WOD (Workout Of the Day) at Each Class 

After the 3 classes are completed, your coach will shadow you in your first official CrossFit class, answering any questions along the way.
