Before jumping into classes we'll take you through our 3 one-on-one Elements classes.

During the three days we'll go over:

-Movements Performed at CrossFit

-Your Personal Goals

-CrossFit Methodology

-Class Structure


-How and Why to Scale Workouts

-Complete 1 WOD (Workout Of the Day) at Each Class 

After the 3 classes are completed, you're ready to start classes! 

Our coaches will be there to answer any questions along the way.
