WHAT IS THE CROSSFIT PROGRAM?
At Primal Athletics, we have been programming workouts since 2009. We have seen the changes and improvements in the CrossFit space over the years, learned from our mistakes, and have arrived at a program we are proud to offer to any athlete ready to make changes. This program is aimed at increasing your health by increasing fitness. Cardiovascular endurance, strength, balance, agility, coordination, stamina, power, speed, flexibility, and accuracy will all be improved with the program and will prepare you for anything including everything from sports to daily challenges. The program includes 6 workouts per week to choose from. Start with 3 days a week if you want and work your way up to 5 or 6.
The workouts and lifts will be posted to our app where you can log your scores and compare them to previous attempts and others who follow the program.
The workouts are programmed for those that have a full span of equipment at their disposal. If you don’t have all the equipment needed check out our other tracks “Primal Dumbbell/KB” and “Primal Bodyweight”
