Chuck first found CrossFit as a way to stay active in between sports seasons during high school. Once he found CrossFit there was no turning back. The push for bettering oneself through CrossFit was something he had not experienced while training for sports. Chuck found it hard to stay motivated with regular training because it was hard to see progress, but with CrossFit, improvements were seen every day. After a while, Chuck wanted to help others realize their potential and went to take his Level 1 in order to become a CrossFit coach.
Since passing his Level 1, Chuck has continued to coach and share his passion for fitness. Chuck believes that everyone should be able to live their life to the best of their ability not hindered by disease or disability. Through CrossFit, Chuck is able to help achieve this belief by helping individuals become stronger, fitter versions of themselves each and every day.
