WHAT IS HABIT BASED COACHING?

Restrictive fad diets. All-or-nothing workouts. You know how it goes. That kind of approach can lead to decent results in the short term. 

 

But then what?

Oftentimes it's back to your old ways. The clean eating stops. The weight comes back. And we are back to square one-or we are in a worse position then when we started.

Enter habit based nutrition coaching.

 

Our program is based on an incremental and strategic set of behaviors, education and accountability. This is not just another diet plan telling you “eat this” or “don’t eat that”. There is no expensive meal plan, supplements, or hours on end in the kitchen involved. No weighing and measuring food. No stack of tupperware containers piling up in the sink.

 

Our habit-based approach breaks down big goals and complex lifestyle changes into small, strategic, daily practices that make sense for who you are and how you operate. 

 

This is more than a diet plan. This is a blueprint for long-term, sustainable health.

WHAT DOES THIS PROGRAM LOOK LIKE?

The curriculum is approximately a year-long, divided into 2-week habit blocks. You may cancel at any time, but we recommend dedicating at least 3 months to see the best results.

EVERY DAY:

  • You log in to a personal home page on our app

  • You get a lesson to read-or listen to!

  • You get a habit to complete - a small task to do.

EVERY WEEK:

  • You measure and record your progress. This can be body measurements or other indicators that you want to track (such as energy levels or adherence to an exercise routine).

EVERY 2 WEEKS:

  • You meet with your coach virtually-through Zoom or Skype- to talk about how the program has been going for you. Your coach will walk you through the ups and downs, and answer any questions you have while providing guidance and feedback

  • You get a new habit to try and practice for the next two weeks

WHO IS THIS PROGRAM FOR?

This program is designed for the “chronic dieter”. You’ve tried it all, paleo, keto, Atkins, intermittent fasting, you name it! And you are still unhappy with your eating habits.

You’ve probably tried multiple diet and workout programs in the past. And you’ve concluded that they simply don’t work in the long run.

Instead of the all-or-nothing approach, we use a sustainable, practice-based approach to build healthy habits into your life, one day at a time.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE EACH DAY?

Your lesson and habit should take 10-20 minutes/day on average. This program is designed to integrate seamlessly into your everyday life, not overhaul your lifestyle on day 1 like other programs.
