Enter 1-on-1 nutrition coaching with Primal Athletics.
Our nutritional approach combines a flexible diet, with the tracking of macronutrients, all while teaching you the skills and habits to make this a lifelong style of eating, not just a 12-week “quick fix”.
Instead of telling you “eat this, don’t eat that”, our coaches teach you HOW to eat. Our habit-based approach breaks down big goals and complex lifestyle changes into small, strategic, daily practices that make sense for who you are and how you operate.
We utilize the tracking of calories and macronutrients to get you to your goals. Macronutrient (or Macro) counting is the use of tracking the amount of carbohydrates, protein, and fat you eat on a daily basis, to help you -lose weight, gain muscle, increase performance in the gym/sport, and FEEL better.
Under the supervision of a certified nutrition coach, you will consume the right amount of each class of food that will support your individual goals.
WHAT DOES THIS PROGRAM LOOK LIKE?
Upon signing up, you will be paired with a nutrition coach who will guide you through the initial onboarding process-how to track your macronutrients, how to weigh and measure food, and how much you should be eating on a daily basis.
During your first week your coach will provide you with:
Your personalized macronutrient ratio
Our “Quick Start” guide including tips on how to track, foods to eat, and sample full days of eating
Access to our members only private Facebook support group
Personalized spreadsheet for tracking of food and other important health markers such as sleep, hydration, exercise and body measurements.
Every week you will have a virtual meeting with your coach to address the ups and downs of the program, receive guidance and have an opportunity to ask questions. Your coach will also be available via email/text to support you during the week.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE EACH DAY?
If you are new to tracking macros, you may find yourself spending more time in the kitchen weighing, measuring and prepping food. Your coach will provide you with tips and recommendations on how to make this process more efficient and seamless. As you progress through the program, you’ll find that you become quite the pro at weighing and measure food, and your time spent in the kitchen will go down as these turn into daily habits.

Sign Up and complete the Initial Questionnaire that will be emailed to you immediately after sign-up. This will help your coach learn about your specific goals and lifestyle needs, then will send you a custom nutrition program with detailed instructions and tips for your first week. Your coach will be in touch within 24-48 hours after you complete the questionnaire.
START YOUR PROGRAM:
Each week you will check in with your coach for a progress update, where your coach will offer accountability, support, and action steps to take going forward. Your coach will give you feedback based on how your week went; providing suggestions, guidance and any necessary adjustments to your plan.
You and your coach will work together, to make sure your program fits you and your lifestyle, instead of trying to force a one size fits all type of program. You will learn a flexible approach to dieting to achieve your ideal composition, and improve your overall health.
$139 per month gives you access to all the previously listed materials, and a top of the line Nutrition Coach!
There is a three-month commitment required for new members, and memberships will continue on a month-to-month basis after the initial three months should you choose to continue.
Membership can be paid in monthly installments or 3-months upfront at a discounted rate of $399.
