Skill:

Practice the Squat Clean with a medium weight.

5-3-1 Deadlift.

5 - 75%

3 – 80%

1 – 90% (max reps)

Cool Down:

Hamstring Pole Stretch (2 mins each leg)

Spine Roll (2 mins up the entire spine)

Wall Glute Stretch (2 mins each leg)

High Ham/Sciatic Roll (2 mins each leg)
