In order to begin doing CrossFit, some basic knowledge and skills are required to make sure you are being efficient and avoiding injury. Although these movements are natural and functional, many of us need to learn how to move properly after years of sitting, standing, and lifting incorrectly.
The Foundations of CrossFit Class teaches the basic movements and skills you will need to participate in group workouts. We go over the fundamental movements involved in CrossFit: Squats, Deadlifts, Presses, Olympic Lifts, Gymnastics, and more. It's also a great way to get your foot in the door, meet the trainers, and ask any questions you might have.
There is a fee of $75 for the classes lasting 3 hours. Then you will meet with our nutritionist individually to go over one of the most important parts of getting healthy; nutrition.
