New Location Grand Opening!: August 18th
On August 18th we will be having our grand opening and open house.
Starting at 10 AM we will have a ribbon cutting ceremony with the Mayor of Nashua, the Honorable Donnalee Lozeau, officially opening CrossFit Nashua at our 106 Perimeter Road location.
Immediately following the ribbing cutting will be the first of three demonstration WODs — which stands for "Workout Of the Day — so you can see first hand how CrossFit works. There will be an open house all day until 3pm with a second and third demo WOD at 12 pm and 2 pm.
Bring anyone and everyone you would like to introduce to CrossFit. Come meet and join our community of athletes.
Our staff will be there all day answering questions. Talk with our trainers and with our nutrition specialist and massage therapist. Learn about the "Paleo Challenge".
CrossFit is for anyone seeking to get fit and stay fit. All ages are welcome! We have member athletes from age five to fifties. Kids, students, adults, moms, masters — everyone loves CrossFit!
